closet essentials

I get a little antsy when it comes time to transition my closet from winter to spring, which is why I started a couple weeks ago. I think it's important to do a spring cleaning every year {you know that top you just had to have, but only wore once - yeah, that's me times 20}. One rule I abide by nonetheless, if I buy something new I get rid of something old - which means I have nothing in my closet from high school {except those Friday football t-shirts I wore with jeans and heels to the pep rallies - total trend that I indulged in high school - that are packed away in boxes}. Now that the closet is all cleaned out it's time to insert this years spring essentials.
