As the weather man predicted, it's been raining all weekend and  plans to stay that way through the week. Darn you Tropical Storm Andrea. On the bright side, I've brought out the wellies - which I love! And since wearing them non-stop can be a bit tiresome, here are some outfits to swap out those heavy boots and still look chic in the rain . . .
